Employment/Labour Law and Human Rights
Our practice focuses on employment and human rights litigation, for employees and employers alike.

A strong foundation in labour law, built over three years of acting for federal and provincial unions in the public and private sectors, informs our advice to clients, as they navigate the complex jurisdictional environment surrounding the collective agreement, in the context of grievance arbitration, duty of fair representation complaints, or disputes with insurers over the denial of long-term disability benefits.
Civil Litigation
We fearlessly represent clients in contractual disputes before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, including those involving insured interests and multiple parties.
Our expertise extends to claims alleging professional negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder oppression, breach of confidence, passing-off/trademark infringement, and other anticompetitive behavior.
